Founder & Managing DirectorSreenu Babu Pedada started his journey to set up SKPPL in March 2018. With a belief of identifying and fulfilment of purpose rather than profit; bringing in people from diversifying backgrounds to achieve mutual growth. He envision unifying farmers, democratising marketplaces and building an ecosystem that favors essential conditions for human survival. Since the very beginning, he acted as the sole Employee, Leader, and Support for SKPPL. In addition to running the company and providing his inputs in product designing and service strategy; he holds expertise in establishing businesses in education, e-governance and software that he had garnered from earlier years. He remains actively involved in the progress of end to end daily developments in the organisation. He holds a Master’s degree in International Business from Devi Ahilya Vishwavidyalaya, Indore.
Heerak Jyoti Mahanta
Co-Founder & CEO, Additional DirectorWith an employment chronology of working at the grass roots for expanding livelihood opportunities in the rural pockets, establishing social/ rural enterprises including supply chain development, his engagement with SKPPL has grown the division into a team that covers business strategy, customer insights, data analytics, R&D of products and services. Having a clear vision of where the ship is sailing, keeping the business on plan. Having a Bachelor’s degree in engineering from Gauhati University he has rendered his services in organisations like PRADAN, an Ashoka Fellow led Drishtee Foundation and The Akshaya Patra Foundation that runs world’s largest (not-for-profit run) Mid-Day Meal Programme.

Sonia Devi
Founder & Co-DirectorSonia Devi is involved in the development and optimization of talent retention and acquisition initiatives. Since SKPPL’s inception, Sonia Devi has overseen the company’s meteoric growth while protecting and scaling its uniquely creative and entrepreneurial culture. She has over 15 years of experience in Information management, Human resource and Relationship building. and now is anchoring all divisions under her leadership. She has core expertise in managing projects and assignments related to Training, Community development, Social inclusion and Process implementations. She plays a key role in defining the women entrepreneurship initiatives at SKPPL. She received her M.A. In Communication from Andhra University.
SATYANARAYANA KHANDAPANI
Finance HeadSatyanarayana is leading the Finance wing having 7 years of experience in market research analysis, sales and new product development, managing entire operations in eminent organisations like SONY, He also holds experience in textile business and has rendered his services with government agencies. He holds a degree in MBA in Marketing Sambalpur University.
SYED MD. DANISH
Business HeadHe specializes in financial analysis, corporate projects, field operations, and expansions in new markets and regions. He has a strong grasp on ERP systems and kiosk networks . Specialised in French language, Danish has more than 14 years of experience in the financial environments in the Airline industry, Revenue Generation, Specialist in Airline Tax filing and Inventory Management. His conviction and commitment to the best of his calibre and assuming responsibilities and challenges in related functional areas to acquire upsurge in business growth makes him a valuable asset to SKPPL. He has been involved in taking up challenges of pioneering new initiatives, experimentation for new concepts especially at the piloting and initial implementation level. At SKPPL he spearheads planning of new projects and product development.
